The experience was great, although the room was smaller than I had anticipated. The location is excellent and close to everything. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They called me ahead of time to make sure I had booked the right room type, as I had accidentally booked two different room types for separate days. They also sent multiple emails before my arrival to ensure everything was taken care of. The welcome package was a lovely touch, with complimentary desserts and drinks. They also offer coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon in the lobby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return.

Honestly not the best Ritz Carlton I’ve stayed at. We only stayed one night before continuing on on our travels. Super loud construction noise outside of the room all day even on a Saturday (on the side facing away from the ocean), the complementary water is of the lowest quality bottled tap water from Walmart, there was nobody standing at the entrance to open the doors for us when we arrived in our Uber with large bags or when we returned from walking to the market down the street (I know it’s a small thing but to have to pull hard on a small door to open it doesn’t scream five star service), and the rooms overall were quite dated with an old and small tub and scuffed floors. Additionally housekeeping came for turndown service without knocking and knocked two hours before our guaranteed/confirmed late check out time with a “do not disturb” sign on the door; I had to inform her of our late checkout, and she was like, “oh, I didn’t know.”What was reasonable was that despite the resort fee being required, it was of greater value than the money we spent (on the first night alone we received 2 martinis, 2 free desserts and $15 off our meal). When comparing this Ritz Carlton experience to my recent stays in Berlin and even St. Louis, I’m glad that I had those other experiences because otherwise I wouldn’t likely continue booking with this brand.

Nicolas Alvarez at The Ritz-Carlton delivered one of the most exceptional service experiences I have ever had — truly unforgettable. From the moment we interacted with him, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were on a level that defines what a luxury property should be. Nicolas has that rare combination of intelligence, intuition, and genuine kindness. He anticipated needs before they were expressed, handled every request with grace and efficiency, and made us feel not just cared for, but truly valued. His service felt effortless, yet incredibly thoughtful, creating the kind of elevated experience guests dream of when staying at a Ritz-Carlton. It’s clear that his skills are both beautifully trained and naturally gifted. Quite honestly, Nicolas represents the very heart of luxury hospitality. He is an extraordinary asset to this property, and I truly believe he has the leadership presence and excellence to manage an entire Ritz-Carlton. Thank you, Nicolas, for setting the gold standard. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a couple of nights. While there, we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and restaurants– from the spa to Isabelle’s and The Commodore. Most notably, the service was just as you expect from a Ritz property. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday in the future. Just look at that lobby!

Overall good. Except one valet guy kept asking me to provide name in order to pick up the car, with very low voice and unclear English. Can't even hear him well. He should have asked for my ticket. Goos way to think about this is maybe he did try to protect guests property.. And after handed me the keys, he didn't help with my luggage and walked straight away, my partner didnt even have a chance to give him tip, which he doesn't deserve I think. But the taller gentleman who parked my car is perfect (in pic).

Hey guys, I have to shout out the Ritz Carlton in Coconut Grove Miami. This place followed up an already amazing birthday cruise with Virgin Voyage. I came in and the ladies at the front were so helpful, they got me situated and in my room with in minutes of me being on property. The room was great and they upgraded me to a partial bay view. I would have never noticed, the views were awesome. Then a couple hours later I answered the door and they sent me a bottle of Champagne and a slice of some absolutely delicious cake. Then came dinner...forget about it. Was it spendy ya but it was so good and the service was so on point. I have to encourage anyone who has the opportunity to stay with this hospitality team, do it

My recent three-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and cared for by an exceptional team of employees who truly represent the spirit of the Ritz-Carlton. Upon arrival, Desmond took care of my car with great professionalism, and Steve, the bellman, assisted me with my luggage and ensured I was settled comfortably in my room. At the front desk, Christina provided one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had — she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home from the very start until the day I checked out. There was a small misunderstanding with one of the front desk agents, Lucas, regarding an additional night’s reservation I had to make my own reservation through Expedia, Because he told they were no rooms available Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing as I felt dismissed and unacknowledged during our conversation. However, I want to sincerely thank Manager Garcia, who handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He immediately resolved the issue, offered a kind gesture with drinks and extra Marriott points, and made me feel truly valued again. During my stay, I also had the pleasure of dining at Isabelle’s Restaurant, where Franklin, my server, delivered top-tier service. The hostess and the rest of the staff were equally delightful, and the food was absolutely excellent. Aside from that one minor hiccup, my experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail make it a truly special place. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable!
